If the library material you require is not available online, request it directly from Off-Campus Library Services using an electronic form.

It takes approximately one week between the time we receive your request and the time you receive the material. Start your research early in order to receive your materials in a timely fashion.  Providing complete information will assist with this process.

Library books and photocopied journal articles will be mailed to you. Books arrive with a postage-paid return label. The loan period for books is extended by two weeks to accommodate two-way mailing. Borrowers are allowed two renewals, providing that no other requests have been placed on the title.  In the event of a lost return label, Education & Music Library materials should be returned to the following address:

It is important to note that all borrowers are guaranteed a loan period of 7 days, after which the material is subject to recall. Please be aware that fines will accumulate for overdue materiaI ($1.00/day/item) and fines will accumulate for overdue recalled material ($2.00/day/item). Material may also be returned in-person to any UofS Library branch.
