Early Canadiana Online (ECO)

DescriptionA collection of over 43,000 primary documents in English and French, covering colonial, federal, and provincial government publications, including books, annuals, and periodicals, documenting Canadian history from the time of the first European settlers to the first two decades of the 20th Century. It also includes  two special collections covering the history of Hudson's Bay Company, and Jesuit Relations texts, translated into English by Reuben Thwaites. It includes selected content from digitized microfiche held by the Canadian Institute for Historical Microreprodutions (CIHM).

It is accessible in the library, on campus, and remotely.
