| Description | A collection of databases that contain high-quality, independent evidence to inform healthcare decision-making. Cochrane reviews represent the highest level of evidence on which to base clinical treatment decisions: - Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR; Cochrane Reviews) -- A collection of systmatic reviews containing all known references to trials on a particular intervention and a comprehensive summary of the available evidence.
