DescriptionPortal to scholarly journals, book series, and ebooks published by Elsevier and affiliated publishers primarily covering science, technology, and medicine and the social sciences. The University of Saskatchewan Library has a current license to the full text of over 1742 of the journal titles back to 1995 (1993 for Academic Press titles) as well as access to several subject backfile collections with coverage from from volume 1, issue 1. Also includes several major reference works and ebook collections. Access to third party publishers, and superceded titles with all holdings prior to 1995 and not included in one of the licensed backfiles requires a separate license and therefore some content may not be accessible. The library has a license to selected titles in the following sub-collections of ScienceDirect:
