It is augmented by a wide and continuously growing range of external references to create a centralized drug resource for drug therapy information." Continually updated content is reviewed regularly. New Health-Canada-approved product monographs are added regularly. Includes:
  • Evidence-based therapeutic information - Treatment options on conditions and diseases from CPhA's Therapeutic Choices. Content is written by experts and is extensively reviewed to ensure that it is objective and unbiased.
  • e-CPS - Online Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties. [details]
  • Drug Interaction Analyzer - Lexi-Comp's Lexi-Interact, providing comprehensive drug-to-drug, drug-to-herb and herb-to-herb interaction information.
  • Patient Information - Printable self-care information for patients written in plain language, available in English and French.
  • Mobile Companion - An application for Palm or PocketPC handheld devices that offers selected drug therapy options and the mobile version of Lexi-Comp's Lexi-Interact.
  • Public Drug Plans - Links to formularies, criteria and forms for government drug plans.
  • New Safety Information - Links to Health Canada advisories, warnings and recalls directly from applicable drug monographs.
  • Drug Cost - Relative drug cost data and pharmacoeconomic assessments.
  • Extensive references and links - Links are provided to external references including Health Canada's Adverse Drug Reaction reporting and Vaccine-Associated Adverse Event reporting.
