Jill has been the Assistant Dean for the Services to Libraries side of the organization since July 1, 2007. She comes from a public services background, working in the Veterinary Medicine Library and the Murray Library previously, and finds it challenging and interesting to work as an administrator with a focus on infrastructure support specifically in technical services, library systems and IT, collection development and space planning.

Jill was Head of the Veterinary Medicine Library from July 1997 – July 2007 and Agriculture/Biology Liaison Librarian from July 1988 – June 1997 with a special interest in collection development in the sciences. Her publications have focused on the development and management of collections in veterinary medicine and toxicology. She is an active member of the Veterinary Medical Libraries Section of the Medical Library Association and is librarian selector for titles in veterinary medicine and toxicology included in the annually revised publication called Doody’s Core Titles in the Health Sciences.
