Alumni Borrowing Information
 

Alumni Card

Your Alumni card is your library card. It grants you borrowing privileges at all U of S Library branches.

Get your free Alumni card from the Alumni Office and activate it at any University Library.

U of S Alumni Borrowing

 U of S Alumni may
  • Borrow regular loan items from any branch for three weeks
  • Renew borrowed items twice
  • Renew in person at the library or by logging into your Library Account
  • Return books at any University Library branch
  • Request Interlibrary Loans (available for a charge)
Recalled Loans

You will be notified by email when an item you have borrowed has been recalled.  Recalled items must be returned by the date specified on the recall notice.

Alumni loan period Three Weeks
Fines for overdue loans $1.00 per day per item
Fines for overdue recalled loans $2.00 per day per item

Library Notices and Email Policy
Library notices will be emailed to your email account if you include an email address in your library record.  The email policy applies to all library borrowers.
