For materials (books, journal articles, etc) located at the University of Saskatchewan Library, please complete the form below. The loan period is generally five weeks from the sign out date, allowing 3 weeks for use and a week at either end for delivery. In-library-use-only materials are not mailed out.

For materials not at the University of Saskatchewan Library, please complete an Interlibrary Loan form and we will request it from another library on your behalf.   The loan period for interlibrary loans is generally three weeks, including shipping time. Allow at least two weeks for delivery of interlibrary loans. When requesting an ILL please note in the Additional Information box that you are a Distance & Distributed student and include your current mailing information.

Note: The Library will not mail-out articles which are available full-text online. Use the yellow Find It! icon within the databases to determine if the Library has online access.  Articles in print will be copied at no charge.
