The 8th public exhibition of a selection of current as well as retrospective publications by our University Authors is now on view in the Link Gallery, Murray Library. The University Authors Collection, located in Special Collections, Murray Library, is the repository for monographic publishing by University of Saskatchewan faculty and staff.

The Library actively collects published material by U of S authors that is either a book or a chapter in a book (including edited/published conference proceedings), a translation of the same, or a subsequent edition (not a reprint) of the same in any format that is authored, composed, edited, compiled or translated by a U. of. S. faculty or staff member and is published during the individual’s U. of S. employment or retirement.

Works that are part of a University of Saskatchewan published lectureship series, such as the Sorokin Lecture Publications, the Whelen Visiting Lectureship Series or the Gail Appel Lecture Series in Literature and Fine Arts are also included in the University Authors Collection.
