Question everything! "Chance favours the prepared mind." - Louis Pasteur

The eyes only see what the mind comprehends.

"Until one is committed there is always hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation,
there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans. The moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too." - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Maintain your focus. Change is your opportunity.

Ask yourself:
- Is this the right time?
- Is this the right place?
- Are you where you should be?

No matter how far you go down the road your go turn back. -- Turkish proverb

of library web sites. Amanda Etches-Johnson has posted session notes.

The paradox of choice - why more is less by Barry Schwartz, Eco, 2004.

To control the algorithms is to the control the web

30% of library users perceive that the quality of books and materials will be higher on library sites
