Another Google Map Mashup Builder - YourGMap
YourGMap is a simple and straightforward web application for building a Google map mashup. Enter the addresses of particular locations one at a time, choose the type of pushpin, and description and notes or even a photo, and click preview/publish and create an account.Your map is published on their site and you can link to it. Here's an example:

Prefer to embed the map in your own site? Just go to the Export Settings tab and choose Embed map. It would be nice if the snippet of code that you needed appeared on this page, but you need to go back to "preview and publish" to pick it up.
The service is ad supported.
