Josh is a independent journalist, an activist, a blogger, an anarchist and 23 year old San Francisco guy who videotaped a protest in San Francisco against the G8 Summit meetings happenning in Scotland.
It's not the videotaping that's the issue but rather the fact that he's refused to turn over his videotapes of a protest being investigated to the federal authorities in the USA.
