My Turn - Five things You Probably Don't Know About Me
Pete Bomberg at Library Garden tagged me while I was soaking up some sunshine in the desert. I arrived home just in time for the worst blizzard that I've seen in a few years.I've enjoyed reading the "Five Things You Probably Don't Know About Me" meme floating around and like the twist Creating Passionate Users" variation.
1) What's the most fun work you've ever done, and why?
I love ideas so whenever I have a chance to work as a facilitator or consultant with a group at the stage where they're exploring possibilities and are open to any and all ideas, that's when I have the most fun.

2) A. Name one thing you did in the past that you no longer do but wish you did?
When I lived in Toronto, every Sunday, I would meet my best friend to swim laps, then we'd buy fresh bagels, wonderful fresh ground coffee, sit and eat and drink coffee and talk about our lives, the world and our friends and family.
B. Name one thing you've always wanted to do but keep putting it off?
Spend more time programming something just for fun of it.
3) A. What two things would you most like to learn or be better at, and why?
I'd like to be better at speaking French so I could communicate better to all my friends and colleagues who are francophones.
Being silly and laughing more with others ... having more of a sense of fun and seeing the funny side of our organizational cultures and situations that we find ourselves in.
B. If you could take a class/workshop/apprentice from anyone in the world living or dead, who would it be and what would you hope to learn?
This is tough - there are dozens of people. Maybe Ghandi ... peace, inner strength and wisdom.
4) What are your top three passions?
Food .. French pastries, chocolate, ice cream, strawberries, melons
Reading ... almost anything
Making the world better for everyone
5. A Place I'd like to Visit Next
China ... to see the Great Wall
I think by now everyone's been tagged, but if not you're it!
