Iceberg - Helping the "Amateur" Become a Programmer
Iceberg application builder is on my "to try" list.
Some of the features that caught my eye were:

- Directory of pre-built applications: CRM Application, Vacation Management, Bug Tracker, Project Management
- Area for users to contribute apps
- Free for 5 business users and unlimited Non-Profit use
