Dr. Hilda Neatby, well-known author and long-time teacher at the U of S, will receive an honorary doctor of laws degree from Regina Campus at the fall Convocation ceremony....Dr. Neatby has been associated with the U of S as a student and teacher since the 1920’s. All but three of her 44 years as a history teacher were spent at the U of S including 12 years at Regina College.
She retired as head of the history department in Saskatoon in 1970 and is currently in Kingston writing a history of Queen’s University.
