About Ask Us

Library staff from all branch libraries respond to chat, phone, and email questions.  You may be referred to a subject librarian.

Ask Us anything! We'll do our best to help you out. Any question regarding the library, our branches, or research is welcome. We may refer more complex questions to other members of our library team to ensure you get the help you need. 

Although our primary clients are University of Saskatchewan students, staff, and faculty, we also accept questions from the public.
We try to respond right away, but we may be busy working with other clients. If you do not receive an immediate response please try waiting a few minutes or leave your email address in the chat window and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
No, we do not save the chat logs but they are temporarily cached on our server for a short period of time. Anonymized chat logs are occasionally reviewed to help us improve our service.
