Federal Copyright Case Decision Released

On July 12, 2017, the Federal Court of Canada released its decision in the case that Access Copyright launched against York University in April 2013. The Court sided with Access Copyright on the key issues of the case.

The U of S is reviewing the decision to determine the implications it may have for our institution. The U of S community will be kept up-to-date on any developments that may affect our practices.
