Should All Information Be Free? An Introduction to Information Privilege

Workshops

Undergraduate Research Workshop

We may often take for granted our access to scholarly literature and other information sources. It’s worth considering many do not have the same access, such as citizens not affiliated with a university, or students and scholars once they leave the institution. What are the real-life impacts of the disparity of information access? This workshop will introduce the concept of information privilege and the importance of open access.

This workshop is intended for undergraduate students. Visit the Graduate learning support webpage to learn about graduate-level workshops.
