Join us online or in person for a panel presentation exploring the fascinating intersection of queer history, migration, and human rights on a global scale.

We invite you to join us for an engaging panel presentation featuring esteemed speakers: Prof. Laura Belmonte - Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences and a professor of history at Virginia Tech, Víctor M. Macías-González - Professor of History and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, and Swathi Sekhar - Director of Protection Initiatives and immigration and refugee lawyer at the Rainbow Railroad.

Together, we will explore the fascinating intersection of queer history, migration, and human rights on a global scale.

Our discussion will be moderated by USask's very own Prof. Alessio Ponzio and Prof. Rachel Loewen.

We extend a warm welcome to everyone to attend this enlightening presentation as we celebrate 2SLGBTQIA+ History Month.
