JUSTICE REFORM COMMISSION TO HEAR PRESENTATIONS THIS
WEEK
SASKATOON – The Commission on First Nations and
Métis Peoples and Justice Reform will hear presentations from three
organizations this week.
The Justice Reform Commission will hear from the
Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission on Wednesday, November 27. The presentation
will be at the White Buffalo Youth Lodge beginning at 1:00 p.m. and running
until 2:30. White Buffalo is located at 602 20th Street West in
Saskatoon.
Also on Wednesday, the Commission will receive a
presentation from the Human Services Integration Forum. Shelley Hoover,
Assistant Deputy Minister, Policy, of Social Services and Bill Werry, Executive
Director, Human Services Integration Forum of the department of Learning will
make the presentation. That session will begin at 2:45 at White Buffalo Youth
Lodge and will run until 4:15 p.m.
On Friday, November 29, the Justice Reform
Commission will hear from the Canadian Bar Association. This presentation will
be at White Buffalo Youth Lodge beginning at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until
10:30 a.m.
