Increased access to University Archives and Special Collections (UASC)

UASC now offers increased availability of its collections through a renewed reference and digitization service.

As UASC has been closed to the public (and remains closed until further notice), staff have continued to provide reference services using available digital resources. To enhance this service, a part-time cohort of staff is now available to help with new digitization requests as well as research questions that require consultation of collections housed on-site.

UASC can supplement the digitization service by providing you with copies of finding aids and assisting with identifying relevant collections for a future research visit.

Please note that UASC may be limited by factors including the volume of your request, on-site staffing schedules, legal and other access restrictions, and research required to identify relevant material. We also have limited access to collections held off-site, including the John Diefenbaker archival collections.

Reference services are available by email at ua.sc@usask.ca.
