This resource was created by Alberta Education at the suggestion of and in consultation with First Nation, Métis and Inuit community representatives that make their homes and/or whose traditional territories are located in what is now the province of Alberta. The Walking Together website draws on local, place-based Indigenous knowledge and protocols to build cultural understanding and capacity in educators.
