History: Dr. Archibald Blyth Stewart was a well known physician and surgeon of Rosthern, Sask. In addition, he was the president of the Northwest Territories Medical Council in 1895 and represented the government of the Northwest Territories in regard to their immigration work at Toronto and Ottawa in 1895.
