This site details the history of the majority of buildings on the USask campus up until the early 2000's. Using primary sources and photographs from the University Archives and Special Collections, the site describes the construction and usage of each building. It also includes a chronology of the construction of the buildings, along with essays that discuss the building of campus more generally.
The types of fun facts you might learn here include that the original engineering building burned down on a Friday the 13th, or that the John Mitchell Building, which is currently home to the drama department, was originally built to house Soils and Dairy Science.
