I've Been to England

...is an exhibition of materials documenting Ruth Hood's travel to England and France in 1937.

In 1937, Ruth Hood, then 17, was one of 200 students from across Canada chosen to attend the coronation of George VI, courtesy of the Overseas Education League. This website contains material documenting Ruth's experiences overseas: the Coronation and her subsequent travel in England and France. This digital project was completed in 2002 and curated by Cheryl Avery.
