This exhibition explores themes of memory, portrait, and biography utilizing materials from the University of Saskatchewan's University Archives and Special Collections, the Museum of Antiquities and the University Art Collection.

This exhibition explores themes of memory, portrait, and biography utilizing materials from the University of Saskatchewan's University Archives and Special Collections, the Museum of Antiquities and the University Art Collection. Carefully selected and showcased by Archivist Cheryl Avery and classics specialist Beth Richert, items range from the textual, to the graphic, the photographic, the artifactual, and beyond. This allows the viewer to contemplate the multifaceted ways in which human beings capture the essence of themselves and others, as well the often whimsical ways in which memory is preserved. A companion exhibit will be available at the Museum of Antiquities over the course of the summer months.
