Abstract:
On the evening of 7 July, most of the city of Hanoi was illuminated. Small sections of the western and central part of the city were blacked out. At Gia Lam airport, the usual two floodlights were being employed in the parking area. Gia Lam district itself was fully lighted. The Pont des Rapides was normally lighted.
