Abstract:
At a reception to celebrate the birthday of Premier Kim Il-song, ---- second secretary of the North Korean Embassy, stated that the United States was in error in thinking that the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (DRV) could speak for the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam (NFLSVN) at any peace negotiations. The NFLSVN would have to be allowed to have its own representatives at any such meeting.
