Abstract:
The report notes that exports from North Vietnam aboard foreign ships increased in November for the third consecutive month to the highest volume since February. Imports were below normal but included unusually large amounts of bulk foodstuffs. Communist ships accounted for at least 77 percent of the identified inbound and outbound cargoes carried aboard foreign ships. No shipments of arms or ammunition were detected.
