Abstract:
During 1966, the infiltration of almost 78,000 men into South Vietnam has been reported. US military authorities, as of 23 January 1967, had confirmed the infiltration of about 39,500 of these and accepted as "probable" the infiltration of another 10,000. The remaining 28,000 are listed in the "possible" category.
