Translation of speech by DRV Defense Minister General Vo Nguyen Giap, read by announcer, delivered on 19 May 1966 at the first all-army "determined to win" youth congress: "Under the glorious banner of the Party and President Ho, let the youths of the Vietnam People's Army move forward valiantly and develop the nation's heroic traditions, emulate in scoring exploits, and be determined to fight and vanquish US agression".
