My role at USask is to support undergraduate students in their academic skills development within four main areas: cognitive (learning strategies), organizational/process (e.g., time management, goal-setting and motivation), non-cognitive (e.g., mindset and resilience), and metacognitive (knowledge of self and regulation of learning).  I grew up in small town Saskatchewan, completed my high school education in Saskatoon, and attended the University of Saskatchewan.  My appreciation of learning and education came early in my life through my family values and has continued through to today in my role at USask.
