Distance & Distributed Library Services (DDLS) are available at no charge to all University of Saskatchewan students, current and emeriti faculty, affiliated faculty, and staff living outside Saskatoon. Special exceptions: this service is available to faculty, affiliated faculty, interns, medical residents and students at healthcare facilities located in Saskatoon.
Books will be mailed with a postage paid return label.

To request books and all other material (excluding articles) located at the University of Saskatchewan Library, please visit the Catalogue to request your book. The loan period is generally 44 days from the sign out date, allowing 30 days for use and 7 days at either end for delivery. In-library-use-only materials are not mailed out.
- Find the item under the "Catalogue" tab, select "Request Hold" button
- Select "Distance Learners" for the pickup location
To request articles located at the University of Saskatchewan Library, please complete the Article Request form.
For materials not at the University of Saskatchewan Library, please complete an Interlibrary Loan form and we will request it from another library on your behalf. The loan period is generally 44 days from the sign out date, allowing 30 days for use and 7 days at either end for delivery. When requesting an ILL please note in the Additional Information box that you are a Distance & Distributed student and include your current mailing information.
