Abstract:
The District of Tbuang Khmum in Kompong Cham was infested with Khmer Rouge and Vietnamese Communists. The Communists' activities were characterized by the destruction of bridges and roads, by exactions of food and money from the local populace, and by the spreading of pro-Communist propaganda.
